  • Upsetting.

    I like the app, and i would totally keep it except, I want to cancel my subscription bc I didn't even know i subscribed to anything. And it wont allow me to.

    At first look the app looks good BUT then word things start… once you set up online payments feature you cannot charge your client after the service is provided by putting down the card for info. Because once you provide your service to the client the only way to checkout your client is to JUST THINK ABOUT IT send the the link (?!) to his cell phone number and your client has to put down card info to pay for the provided service. Is this 2023 or 2001? and THERE IS NO OPTION AT ALL FOR YOUR CLIENTS TO LEAVE YOUR TIPS. At all! The customer service is very poor. Very. They don’t l work on dealing with any kind of bugs or app issues. Once I had an issue with the address the app sends to the clients in the reminder message, the address by itself highlighted with the hyperlink but in my case it was highlighted only it the City name part, without the street address and all my clients have been guided to a totally different location. When I messaged the customer support about this issue they promised to fix it but in 1 month it was silence from their end and the issue was still there. I could not believe that this is that huge problem that cannot be solved in 1 month in 2023 what I exactly I said they and guess what in 5 min after that the issue was solved. This clearly says that no one during the whole month was even working on this problem!!
    When I found out that I can’t charge my clients for the provided service and there is no feature to leave the tips and reach out to them on this matter cause is the most natural part of any business- being able to checkout client for your service, I also asked to cancel my subscription completely because !once you start paying your subscription there is NO BUTTON TO CANCEL IT! , they refunded me for 1 month but never cancelled it and I keep being charged for the subscription I don’t have a button to cancel and they don’t cancel it on my request!! About the checkout feature problem they promised me work on it, in 1 month after that I reach them out to ask if there any news so I would possibly stay using the app, guess what they answered me “what do you mean, what problem?”

    HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!! HIGHLY NOT!!!
    Use Gloss App instead and forget about any headache.

  • BULL CRAP!!!

    Iv been using this app for my clients it’s pretty good but!! When you refer to other small businesses you receive an Amazon card but YU will have to wait 3 months to get it NOWAY!!! Other small businesses have to suffer for what other people did or have done I RATHER FOR YOU GUYS TO DOWNLOAD GOLDIE ,APPOINTED best app I use they credit your referral to your account next day or choose amazon card DO NOT UABE TO WAIT 3 months to receive it!!!

    Very easy for scheduling as well as keeping up with clients. Gives a free trail to start which is fantastic!
  • Very convenient!

    Have been using the app since April. We love it. Being able to add calendars has been so helpful. Our clients like it as well, we’ve had nothing but good things said about it. From how easy it was to schedule, to the information your allowed to add so our clients know what services are offered and how many employees would show up.

  • Makes my job much easier!

    I LOVE this app! It’s so easy to use and my clients love it because they can see my available hours without communicating with me. They get reminders for everything. Even my location with directions. The app sends me a notification if someone looks at my schedule, WOW! Saves me so much time!!!! The app does all the work!
