    Me and all my friends deleted this app because of the pop up every 2 minutes

    I have also advised people not to download this app because of the pop up and I’m not even going to pay for the full versions because of these pop ups instead I will pay for the full version on another app

    I paid for the sound upgrade but the screen delay and stability issues e.g continual buffering issues only on streamed image on tv. Phone plays content fine so total waste of money upgrading. Really unhappy that no one has responded to the issues I raised over a week ago

Please try the following options that may help: (1) Please make sure you have a stable internet connection (both your iOS device and the receiver device). Please also try to move your wifi access point (or router) nearer to your receiver device and your sender device to improve the signal. (2) Please make sure that the energy-saving mode of your phone is not activated (the battery percentage of your iOS device should ideally be above 30%). This can lead to incorrect transmission. (3) Sometimes a change from 2.4 GHz to 5 GHz internet connection or vice versa helps. Please try this on your device. (4) Please try to turn off both your smartphone and your receiver device completely (pull the plug) and let it cool down for about 5 minutes. (5) Please check out the FAQ inside the app and our troubleshoot videos on youtube. (6) Please try to change the resolution or target delay as this might improve the mirroring depending on the settings. Please note that DRM protected content is not supported by our app, as this is restricted by Apple and Google (DRM protected content: iTunes + Google Play Movies, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, DirecTV, Xfinity, HBO, Disney+ and similar).   • Fantastic! No need for Apple TV!

    We had a chromecast but I couldn’t mirror my phone. I was about to get an Apple TV thinking I needed it for mirroring but got this app (pro version). Audio is good and mirror well. Just turn down the volume on your phone and turn it up on your tv. Works perfectly! Saved me $170!

  • Garbage

    Really? It stops everything after about 1 minute to ask if you want to upgrade to premium. How would I know if I want an upgrade in that amount of time? Actually, the terrible lag and stuttering DID make up my mind. I absolutely am not interested and deleted the app right away.
  • Ads mid cast? Awful.

    I tried to use this app in a professional environment in an emergency and the ad got stuck. Then the connection dropped due to an ‘illegal pairing’ or some shįt.

    Find other ways of limiting service other than the main function of the app. Short-sighted, mercenary motives eclipsing good business thinking. Sort it out guys...

Could you add some more information so that we can reproduce and fix the problem? When exactly does the issue occur? While mirroring a specific app or while playing a local video? Please also add information about the sender device (example: iPhone 7 with iOS 11.1) and the receiver device (example Chromecast model xyz). Could you send us screenshots showing the error-message? More detailed information will help us to fix and improve the app. Thank you very much in advance. The mirroring will continue after about ten seconds. We’d love to hear from you.
  • It’s really that BAD.

    One of the biggest waste of time I could see is putting an app out and having it do something other than what you think it will. This app has not been able to mirror cast or screen any information from myApple iPhone 11 Pro. No audio no video no connection.I would say I’m disappointed but I have no faith in the DevelopersAbility to create app that would work. Read some reviews right a response. same old bulllarky. just trying to take your money for something that has never worked.

  • Feedback

    I purchased the plus and the audio doubles up/gives feedback during the workout. I have to pause it every few min to let the audio run forward to catch up. But it doubles up immediately again. Very frustrating during workouts.
  • Bought the pro ver for audio but...

    The audio is skips, the cast drops(and I know this is the developers at fault. When the app was free cast with audio is worked fine but to get money they charge you for these features now), and the frame rate is 2x worst not matter how you set it. Don’t charge people for feature that don’t work and fix your app.

  • Worst app I have ever used.

    This app is so useless, I watched the ad to get the ability to mirror my iPad to my tv but it kept saying can’t mirror. Worst app I have ever used.

  • Not as good as advertised

    I have purchased the pro version but the app and can not use it as it cuts out frequently and tells me it lost connection with the iPad, also I have problems casting from chrome browser as it says unauthorised transmission tried!
    Could you please help

(3) With high-resolution media, there may be missing frames during the transfer. Please try to lower the resolution of the media in such cases. (4) Please try to turn off both your smartphone and your receiver device completely (pull the plug) and let it cool down for about 5 minutes. (5) Please make sure you return to the app home screen first before exiting the app. To do this, please tap anywhere in the background after starting the mirroring.
