Does not work
It began the installation and then at the end it refused to connect to to the Wi-Fi network it had just created. I tried a half a dozen times. I am returning it to the shop for a refund.Tworedsquirrels
Very disappointed
I only give it one star because you probably cannot give zero. I followed the instructions but could not get past where you enter the SilverCrest password. Kept going back to the beginning and the pop up never appeared. Taking it back for a refund. Using IPhone 6s and BT fibre.Kate2005
Would be 5 star
Pros - very easy to setup and the image/video quality is brilliant, along with the two way audio.
Con - it only works with one device. Meaning you can’t have the same doorbell on two devices. So as a couple you have to pick who has access, very annoying!Ilovemcdonalds!

I’ve tried on many occasions over the last 3 months even up dating the app to the latest version, each time I get to the final stage and it won’t complete. So it’s a return to store.Gillies review
Good Product/App
UPDATE: as of last week the mentioned issue has since been resolved. After having a few week with the door bell, I am pleased with the results.
for somewhat of a budget product/app the quality is good. The issue I am facing is that you receive no notification to your mobile device when the bell is rang. Looking online. Seems like I am not the only one facing this issueShow lessHudsonWY

Was really excited to have purchased this due to a number of parcels have been attempted to be delivered and gone missing but having set up device what a waste as no notifications sent to any device when activated. Really hope this is sorted soon.Poolepirate
No notifications!!
Seems to work ok apart from the fact that I receive no notifications on my iPhone when the doorbell is rung. Not even fixed it up outside yet as there seems little point if it doesn’t function in the way indicated. Not happy. £80 is a lot of money for something that doesn’t do what it says on the tin.

If you work on an Apple device don’t buy this product. I have emailed 7 days and also Facebook messaged them too and heard nothing. Plus within 4 days on it been batteries died. absolutely a waste of £40.TheHustler67
Not working well on my iPhone XS
I don’t seem to have the latest 1.1 version for some reason. I’ve got 1.0 - not 1.1 (which the App Store shows as being the latest) so where is it? The app won’t pick up the camera for 20 seconds to a minute when on WiFi. Seems to work better though with 4G. Please sort this out as I need to see who’s at my door through WiFi. And I’d like the latest update as this may solve this problem.Show lessSnaptom
