  • Great little app

My ebike controller doesn’t work so great so I was thinking about replacing/upgrading it but was not happy with my options. Then I found this app and wow! It does it all VERY well. Extremely impressed. I bought the upgrade more as a “thank you” to the devs than for what it does.
  • What did I buy

The app works OK so I decided to buy it for more control and storage. Somehow I ended up in Strava website and they have none of my information. They want five dollars per month that they won’t get from me.
WHAT DID I JUST PAY FOR?
The Bike GPS website on Windows does absolutely nothing. None of the “contact us“ links work at all. As for the iPhone app itself I did find one error, on the Compass one of the directions says NWN and it should read NNW.

  • Simply Effective

Easy to use, simple layout. I like it! My only minor complaint is that I’d rather have the choice for which function is most prominent on the main screen. I keep my phone in a pocket when I ride, so a speedometer isn’t the info I’d like at a glance. Otherwise excellent.
  • Weak app

I guess by giving this app one star today after downloading it and trying it my hopes will be the developer responds and provides the method to access the map which it shows in the app search screen. But that option is nowhere to be found going through all the settings or layers options of the map of the app. So correct that please if you’re trying to scam people out of money by making them upgrade to the pro just to get that, that’s pretty pathetic and is illegal. The tactic is known as bait and switch.

  • Very Happy With This Bike Tracker

I started with the free version of this app. Upgraded soon after. It is easy to use and provides great summary data at the end of the ride. I start it up at the beginning of my ride. I save at the end of my ride and rename the trip. No need to mess with it while riding. Best way to stay safe!
  • Good idea but lacking in function

I liked the app until it started resetting itself when i turned the screen off to conserve battery while riding…when I turn the screen back on it shuts itself down and i have to reboot the app and i loose all my data info…i’ve now deleted the app (even though i paid to get upgrades) because i have a more reliable bike app that doesn’t loose all my ride data…

  • The glitch with the pause and resume function

The app is alright. The problem with the app is when you take a break in the middle of your ride and you press pause. If too much time has passed (like 20 minutes), and you press continue ride… the app acts like it is continuing but doesn’t. You don’t realize until after you finish riding. This has happened on several occasions

  • Simple to use and all the info I want

Push start, then stop, and everything I would want to know is automatically saved. I push myself a little harder each time because I’m competing with my previous rides, all right there when I open the app.

The only thing I’d like to see added is an option to automatically pause when I stop; sometimes I pause because I’ve taken a minute to read a trail map and forget to restart it.

Overall, it’s easy and well worth it to use this app for rides, and even walks or hikes.

  • Fits us perfectly!

My wife downloaded this gem so she could track where she went, how far, and how fast. She liked it, so I downloaded it as well. I soon paid for it, because I like to reward excellent work and thought it would be cool to save all my rides. It’s fun to know my top speed without having to watch a speedometer at a time when I should be watching where I’m going. :-) We like to show each other where we’ve been if we ride by ourselves. I like that my phone can be in my pocket on the Lock Screen and still track my ride. I’d recommend this app to anybody who rides a bike, for the fun alone, but it would be even more useful to somebody who wants to progress. And buy it! Worth every cent.

  • Easy to read display, inaccurate readings.

Speedometer takes about 1000’ to recognize a change in speed. Odometer is even worse. Went on a 3.3 mile ride used the app and it tracked me at 9.5 miles deleted the ride did the same ride again and it tracked me at 12.1 miles. It would make sense if I had poor reception but the app says signal strength excellent and other track apps work great in the same area
