Needs to be setup to be viewed from a desktop via wifi. Can only view on an app. Would be 5 star otherwise
Security these days is paramount
Just want to say that once me and my partner whom aren’t very tech savvy got the barcode to successfully scan and link it to our phones via the app, we have been 100% satisfied and do recommend to those who want peace of mind when it comes to keeping loved ones safe. We’ve never bothered with alerts as our neighbours are helpful with that so we don’t know what it’s like to be constantly alerted to movement but we can go back over our camera recordings and view what’s been going on overnight and throughout the day. For us it’s more a deterrent than anything.

Time
No major issues - only seems to take a long time to load up cameras when open ap
Very slow. Bad connectivity.
Most of the time the app is attempting to connect to the server. Once connected, can only view live footages for about 1minute before being disconnected once again. Attempts to access playback is slower! Please fix.
Good app with scope for improvements
Easy to use, connects to the video camera service. Haven’t had any glitches or any issues as such. It would be really useful to provide a 2 camera configuration. Currently you have single camera, 4 cameras, 6 cameras etc. a simple 2 camera would be useful. Quite often I need to look at the backyard and just need to see both cameras running in live motion.

Problem with offline
It’s a good security camera but when I want to see some thing hard and it is just went to offline. For example last few weeks ago my wife forgot locks the back door I saw look like unlocked but not sure because it is went to offline hard to get back to normal to see, I rate it up to 4 stars if you can fixes this problem. I will giving it up to 5 stars

Have a serious issue with this product. I can’t receive email’s from the system, and I’m not getting any customer service.
Great app. Recent update has been good.
Great app. I chose Concord based on the quality of the app compared to competitors.
It really makes home security easy to control and monitor.
My main concern is the cameras motion sensors. They go off with shadows of a tree blowing in the wind. Makes any form of alerts a waste of time as you get thousands of them.
Can’t set the field of view to compensate as the sun movement means that I’d have to blank out my entire yard. I’ve turned motion off and gone with PIR only. Bit of a shame.

Not enough options
Screen on iPhone turns off when left running, ipad app seems to work better. It’s too hard to get the 4 cameras to display at once in grid mode, a good idea but needs much more revision. It just feels very blocky and lacks basic instructions on how to configure it properly. No one knows what any of the icons mean! Unable to reboot cameras through this application which is a must. And there is always one camera square ’selected’ with a blue rectangle which just looks tacky when it’s running for viewing use only. Apart from that, it’s a pretty good and responsive app.
