Great if you use it, poor customer service
If you spend a lot of your time playing games on your phone and switch to using this app by completing surveys and game offers, then the premium monthly subscription can pay for itself.
However, on my first game offer, I completed the entire offer within the timeframe and never received the final reward. The app wouldn’t let me create a support ticket until after the offer ended. Once I created it, it took a couple weeks for someone on the support team to respond to me (despite the app’s claim that support would respond in 2-3 days), and they denied my reward, claiming I hadn’t met the requirement in the allotted time. I responded quickly but they never followed up with me.
Since the customer service was so poor for such an expensive monthly subscription, I cancelled my subscription. It’s not worth the battery and time drain of constantly doing the surveys and game offers, especially when customer service won’t offer any support when game rewards don’t go through.

Great app! Trust worthy and over all 5 stars!
I’ve been using the coin app for over a year now and although I haven’t yet to cash in on any coins I love this app! It’s a great, easy and fun way to earn some bitcoins. I wish the premium was a bit more affordable for me to keep but it is great. I love it! Even with the competition coming up I think coin has this on lock! You guys rock!

I did hours and hours of surveys and playing games for rewards. Should have gotten over 60 000 coins. And I got maybe 1000. Don’t waste your time.
