  • No problems

    I haven’t noticed any problems with it slowing down any of my devices. It runs in the background. It does eat up my data or battery. The rewards take time to accumulate but are good.
    The only problem I had was when I updated my iPad and gave my old one to a family member, I had to reinstall everything and I had trouble logging into the app. I could log into the website without a problem just not the app.
  • Getting frustrated

    I've had your app for a long time, but for the last couple weeks, it keeps going inactive tells me to send my logs and it doesn't let me send my logs to fix it. I have to take the app out and put it back in points. Don't seem to be adding as fast as they used to either. I'm starting to think maybe I should just take this out and forget about it.
