HEED MY WARNING! DO NOT USE! Very poor customer service.
I did find out through their automated phone system that the phone was delivered but it’s not at my house! So someone has their phone. Once I found this out I double downed on trying to contact them.
When I first got approved and download the app and logged in, I was having app issues. So I sent in a request form and it was handled after a couple days or so. So fast forward to now, I’ve been sending all these request forms, well twice the same person replied to the previous SOLVED request… that was handled… BY THE SAME PERSON!
Honestly guys, this is the second government phone company to just make things more of a nightmare and was never able to use their service. I’ll just stick with paying $150 a month with Verizon before I do this again.
