Upgrades
For 2 days it says upgrade new version of app needed to properly use app. It doesn’t seem to auto upgrade and no way to manually upgrade. What the heck. Also for 2 days the photo taking or uploading a photo into your account feature isn’t working properly at all. Do better!!!! Please

I have retired for a week to update this app. I have a button on screen but when I tap it, I takes me to the App Store but doesn’t allow the update. I’m using old version until it allows the update. I’m using my phone.Developer Response

I had no issues when I first downloaded this app and my loved one was incarcerated. This time around it has been nothing but a problem.
I can schedule a visit but not actually log in to conduct the visit. I can no longer log in at all. I’ve reset my password to meet the standards that they demand and it tells me there is an error. I’ve contacted customer support and they simply said we have to submit a ticket due to you being upset and I can’t help you. Needless to say I am still unable to communicate with my loved one unless they call me. And well once my money runs out I won’t be able to log in and add funds due to the glitch in their app.Developer Response
