Theres no reason why I should be going back and forth between you and my bank because of a payment that I submitted on the due date, that you all are saying is not showing on your end because of an error, yet it is showing on my bank statement that it went through. You then tell me that I should have called once I received the error message…. I did in fact call. Multiple times. I called almost immediately after seeing the error message, not receiving a confirmation text from you like I normally would, but received a confirmation message from my bank stating that a transaction of $100 has been made at cricket wireless. There was an “error message” that caused updates on my account to be temporarily unavailable didnt even pop up until after making the payment and you all are saying to contact my bank so they can release the funds. Your fault yet youre saying my bank is holding the funds. And at this time youre saying for me to submit another $115 to activate my account. So you want me to pay an additional $100 on top of the $15 late fee that shouldnt even be on there because I am not late on payment. Im obviously frustrated. Do better cricket!
