#1 Garbage Company
This has to be the worst company ever to exist, the service is horrible, the app is just pure trash, I cannot see my purchased extra data on the app at all, after I have used all my 5gb. On that note I pay for two lines one unlimited the other only as I have said 5 miserable gb and explain how my bill is 96 or 97 or sometimes even 94!!! How is that even possible, Verizon is the shadiest company you will ever encounter besides Xfinity, how am I paying almost 100 for one line not being unlimited anddddd now my bill says 107 get the F out of here with that!! This month will be my last and I will switch. Updated app is worthless. How does a bill change amount monthly how?! The agents are great that is the only thing about this company. So you can F yourself Verizon and I want someone to reach out to explain why all of this is happening as agents don’t even know.
