Hello, which service are you having problems with? Our app facilitates the claiming, storage, and sharing of credentials. We use an industry world-wide standard, and the app works everywhere on the planet with an internet connection. Some of our other features, like email hack monitoring, also work world wide. Our credit score and report monitoring feature is US only, so the app does not let you even start that process if you don't live in the US. Note that in order to obtain a credential, you must of necessity provide the information in that credential. For example, you must specify your email for an email credential, and a phone number for the phone credential. The same is true for other types of credentials. Some credential types, such as PEP screening, are only applicable to US residents, since that is a Federal screen and residents of other countries probably have no need of it. All of these credentials and features are optional. All claiming and sharing is under your full control. Once a credential is issued, we encrypt it and store it in a secure, encrypted vault. The double encryption means not even the vault knows what it is storing or for whom. The encryption keys exist solely on your phone and optionally in your password protected backup file. No one else has the keys. The data provided to issue a credential is used solely for that purpose, it is not saved or stored. So, we cannot sell or otherwise use any of your data since we don't have it. We monitor and are aware of all data hacks around the world, so we see the dangers of having user data sitting in a database.
