Distance for detecting
Works well. But what would be better is when could determine the distance for detecting a person. Because if you stay on the edge of a road, it detects all the cars and if you put the infrared function the battery lasts two days max.
Offline often & Charging every week
This is a very poor system - in areas where my mobile phone has no problems connecting to a WiFi signal, these cameras will not connect.
Some cameras also require charging every 5-6 days.
Reached out for assistance on this app 2 weeks ago & still waiting for a reply.
So poor product performance, frequent charging & zero customer support, in other words-

Smart Cam
Hello i think this model NHC-0610 need a very good update cause it’s not easy to connect to the wifi or change the wifi connection 😕.
Do not waste your time!
I only have one light bulb from this vendor. I have no idea if the light bulb has a mind of it own or the app is junk. The bulb light up at any hour it pleases and fsil to turn off at scheduled time. I have tried deleting the app and starting fresh, no change. Customer service did respond but no one there speaks English well enough for me to understand.

No longer supports shortcuts in iOS 15
One of the best integration features that this app had was the integration with native shortcuts and routines. This seems to be gone with latest update. I can’t update to iOS 16 yet, so this is breaking a lot of automations I had.
Also, the new update didn’t fix the issue that does not allow me to remove devices from the siren module list, to differentiate between Home and Leaving modes.

iOS 16 compatibility
Please check iOS compatibility for app functions such as camera full screen since currently is not working properly (image is being cut off but never full screen on horizontal mode)
Not working on iOS 16+
The app itself works alright but it used to give the expanded video option rotating the phone to get a full screen video,now when maximized video it stays on portrait …since iOS 16 update not working
