Lots of problems
I got two smart bulbs and at first they worked great. But now they are off line every other day. I have to delete both smart bulbs an start installation all over. If power goes off for a few seconds, they turn on (sometimes for hours without you realizing it or sometimes they need to be reconfigured all over again).

This app stopped working right, I contacted NEXXT and sent the video they asked for and never got a reply, countdown timer stopped working and it was really useful for my, now I will have to throw the smart plugs to the trash and get my self some other brand THIS APP IS WORTHLESS 😡

Need an option for bulbs to be off after power outage
I love my smart bulbs the only thing to improve is, there should be an option to set the behavior of them after a power outage. They always turn on when power is restored. Other brands like Phillips Hue have the option.

Won’t connect to my wi-fi a a long time, light won’t blink like they say. Another piece of ententes junk just to get rich!
Need MAC Address
I need the MAC address for my wifi whitelist. I can’t get that unless I connect my smart bulb to the app. I can’t connect the bulb to the app without wifi connection. I’m in a really tough situation and I can’t justify any more purchases from Nexxt
Not reliable
I bought this camera to watch my condo when I am away but it seems every time I go away for over a week the camera goes offline and I am unable to reset it if I’m not on the same WiFi network or near the camera to turn it off and back on. It’s useless!
