Slow to add any proper updates
What about dark mode in the app instead of being blinded in bed at night? What about killing that annoying Bluetooth pop-up message that is completely irrelevant to anybody without a Bluetooth garden I mentioned this about a year ago. I take it you don't care about after-service
Annoying promotional notifications
I hate that there’s no way to turn off promotional notifications. I don’t need to know about discounted accessories etc. I appreciate the useful notifications that pertain to my garden but because the app forces you to take the bad with the good, I’m awarding a one star review.
In my opinion AMAZING!!
Now this app is so cute and cool! You can name your plants and it gives you AWESOME facts! Now you cannot check the humidity or control the light with Bluetooth BUT I would 100% recommend buying the Click&Grow pro 9 and downloading the app! There might be some negative reviews but this is amazing!! Definitely worth it! Helped me keep track when I got it and how old they are! I Grew strawberries, mini tomatoes and LOTS more! This is fun! Must buy and download!! ❤️❤️❤️

Great addition to an already amazing growing system!
I was admiring Zara (my newly named Basil plant by this lovely app), when I realized this device probably comes with an app based on its title of click and grow (I’m horrible at reading instructions)
I am in love with this app! It has a lot of cool functions like letting you know the age of your plants, on top of in-depth descriptions of the plants scientific information. I was surprised to see such a low rating, but it makes sense with only 2 reviews before this one.

The app can’t save my plants
Each time I add plants to the garden on the app and I save them then the app just shows that my garden is empty! I’ve tried many time and still face the same result!

À moins d’avoir la lampe bluetooth, l’app est complètement inutile sauf pour commander d’autres pods. Et probablement voler vos données lol.

I like it as it allows me to set the light timer rather than having it set set at the time of plug in

You rely on tech but your tech is no good…
First off, I love the actual garden but your app? Dear lord. As a QA Engineer your app drives me crazy to the point where I’m willing to work for free and test your app because the user experience is awful. The garden and app go hand in hand, it should get a bit more attention.
No point
Can name the plants and click ‘finish growing’ but thats it. No light control (what the box says you can do via the app), no humidity/ temperature tracking nothing at all that would explain the bluetooth requirement. Whats the point of the app except for buying stuff from the company on the sale secrion?
