App needs improvement
I have already verified that the payment was successful through my Apple account and ensured that the app is updated to the latest version. Unfortunately, I am still unable to access the features.
Unfortunately, this is the second year in a row that I have experienced this same issue. Last year, I faced a similar situation where, despite completing the payment, the subscription did not activate properly, leading to delays in receiving the service I had paid for. I had hoped this would not happen again, but unfortunately, it has. I reached out to customer service, but they were of no help in resolving the matter, leaving me frustrated with the lack of support.
Additionally, I specifically inquired about alternative payment methods to avoid this issue going forward, but customer service has not provided any helpful guidance on that either, further adding to my frustration.
Honestly, it’s ok
So you either get people who are legends but don’t know how to teach it, or great teachers that you don’t know anything about.
The app is totally awful. It’s so difficult to find things and the amount of times I finished a course and it doesn’t pop up as finished is ridiculous. It’s all like 80% of the way there, it’s missing the polish.
