These developers really know what MIDI(pronounced middy, not meedee) is all about. You can mess with similar apps created by beginners or ones made by the kings. Not only are they so knowledgeable but also ready to help and admit their mistakes. What more is there? Well there is one thing better; perfection. So either go with these guys and their great apps or seek out perfection. I will go with these guys. You decide for yourself.
I also will suggest spending a lot of time learning MIDI, not only how to choose app midi settings, but how midi really works, the theory behind it, and get an app like midifire to help you learn to control midi to do exactly what you want it to do. I think midifire is the best app for that. There is also midiflow which I like a lot that in my opinion is a close second, very close.
Now the most important advice I can give:
HAVE FUN,
because if you are not having fun then there is a big problem.
