However you really need to update every store of the new items ASAP so digital tickets can have a product added to it via your app. We just know when it’s a new product being released to the store, the SKU/Item number doesn’t come up with the product on your Compass app. We have to resume to writing the Item number on paper and putting it up where the digital ticket should be until we may be able to have access to the RDFI machine, if there are any available.
What happened? You’ve fallen very short with keeping up to date.
