part two I want the original back

Plus you can’t even trade anymore and now you have to buy tokens and you can’t even trade like what is the purpose of the game if you’re just gonna buy stuff like that is rigged and for the purpose, I’m still going to give you five stars even though you deserve like two or one not trying to be rude, but I just want the original back

After today update I’m unable to log in to my account first prompt up your login after my phone and then message that the phone number is in use ?

Waste of money

This app only lets you buy and that’s it. You can’t sell anything. It’s waste of money. I don’t know how they get big names like F1 to sell nft on here.

I miss the old sweet

So I have had sweet for 2 years and after that everything started changing. I miss the old sweet where you could earn points and use them to redeem prizes. I couldn’t even use my points I got to redeem anymore prizes because of the changes. I personally feel like that should’ve stayed the same and keep the old but everyone changes. It’s just that this new thing isn’t it and who even wants to collect cards and continue trading them back and forth that’s boring. Overall the whole change in the app is boring and I wish they would’ve stuck to the old way . I only wish I could’ve redeemed mg points for my prizes before they changed.

App crashing and trade not showing

I like the idea of sweet it simplifies digital collectibles and I’ve had fun collecting some stuff but if I spend more than a minute on the site it crashes. It’s not my phone all my other apps work fine.

Another issue is when I decided to accept a trade request nothing ended up happening. A window popped up confirming the trade, but then my collection remained the same. I’m not sure what’s happening

Really poor experience

I guess I’m probably not the target audience at 30+ year old male but yeah, I really found the app quiet trashy with pop ups everywhere, experience was very jittery and then it crashed a couple of times.

Vanishing NFTs

I recently installed Sweet in order to get my Dave & Buster’s NFTs. After going through the account creation and everything, it finally showed me my coin that I was trying to scan as well as a rare card from Sweet and a coin as well. When I looked in the wallet, my D&B coin was gone. I also had a city card from D&B that I redeemed. Still no sign of the coin. I logged out and back in and my entire wallet was empty! It has been about 20 hours since I reached out to customer service and I still have heard nothing. I definitely do not trust spending money on an app like this.

Don’t purchase anything, Pretty Useless!

Just an in app NFT’s that are pretty much useless outside the app. Their customer service team is pretty trash too. They take about a week to respond even tho the chat always say that max they will take is a day. If you are trying to get a refund from them from something you purchased but it didn’t load and just took took your money? You are better off asking for a refund from the App Store. Took a week for them to get back to me to say oh I’m sorry for the wait and not actually give a way to help with my situation. I asked the App Store that they didn’t give me what I bought and got my money back instantly. Never again spending money on this!

Poor app. Worst service.

The app constantly crashes, except when it’s to take your money. Trades are mostly impossible to complete as they are constantly placed as processing but nothing ever happens. I’ve spent money in here. I regret it. Don’t do the same I did. There are better options out there. I requested a refund. They won’t even answer to my request. They take your money but there no improvements.

Stolen money, missing NFT’s

I have been in contact with 3 Sweet customer service reps over 2 days an none of them can tell me what happened to the NFT I purchased or why it’s not in my wallet. Their only response is maybe you made another wallet and it’s in there!? They saw money signs with Macy’s and rushed a launch, typical. I can’t believe Macy’s partnered with them. I wasn’t offered a refund or anything despite my emailed receipt of purchase. I’ll be going to the BBB. Anyone want to get in on a class action lawsuit?
