Money hungry app

I have full intention of using the app and maybe paying for it. I downloaded because I saw an advertisement on social medial and didn’t want to forget about it. I was still planning on doing some research about the app and its products before committing for 12 month.
The amount of notifications that I am receiving on my phone from the app is insane. There should be a law about this sort of behavior from developers. This is the reason I am not going to sign up for your services. Are you kidding me?!?!

Will not load content

Downloaded the free trial to try out the app. I have tried over & over again, however, it never loads content. Rather it says “We are customizing the content of the app based on your child’s grade” and it gets stuck on that screen with the screen trying to load but never does. So glad I didn’t purchase this is frustrating

Ineffective

The app asks you to identify your child’s level then says it’s loading content but never starts. For such an expensive subscription you’d think it would at least launch. Not a good use of time.

Charged me twice for $89!

I’m beyond peeved. I paid the $89 for a 12 month subscription. A few months later o
I had to wipe my iPad and when I redownloaded the app it charged me again. This is not a small purchase and completely fraudulent.

Signed up for a year and app not working anymore

This is very frustrating, I paid for ONE YEAR ans the app doesn’t work anymore, I can’t even get a reimbursement, I really want my money back or at least the game.

School

I give this a one star because my school teaches students who have different disabilities, and I would like to use this in our classroom but our school does not pay in our purchases for apps we get people who donate to us these students are losing vision, hard time learning and such more of disability needs

Scam

Scammers once downloaded. You cannot unsubscribe. Did sent email but no response

Developer response is Amazing but not able to response back to his reply . The 2nd day of our signup we requested by email to cancel the subscription.
And way he mentioned like since we got charged we are trying to trick ,Shame on you guys for stealing people’s money and giving excuses like this .
All in all there app structure is so bad we cannot even close it or exit it .

No option to unsubscribe. This app is not good.

You keep the money and have some nice burger or something with your coworkers.
