No preview without signing up
They force you to sign up to a plan without even letting you preview any of their content. Makes me feel like they’re hiding something. Too many times you sign up for a trial only to see you’ve been billed “accidentally” and then you have to fight to get refund on the yearly plan they force you to take when you get the free trial. If you didn’t act like you were trying to trick me into forgetting about the trial period and lock me into a year, maybe I would have giving it a shot… but I don’t even know what your content looks like because you have it tucked away behind your pay wallShow lessExhausted parents

First up, In Smart Tales we recommend signing up (which is not mandatory) to make the most of the app: receive weekly reports on your child's progress, printable materials and such. Secondly, a subset of content and functionalities are available for users who want to try us out before deciding to start a free trial. Finally, we appreciate that at times you might have encountered shady system, but this is not such a case. Smart Tales respects all the guidelines provided by Apple! We hope that based on this you might want to give us a second shot ;)Would give it a three but my son loves it. To much money

This is an awesome app, but my only two complaints are in the confusing layout, and that it doesn’t narrate the categories when you scroll into them, and the fact that as a blind and autistic user when I turn on text to speech, a.k.a. voiceover after playing this app it doesn’t talk or it will only talk when it wants to sometimes. It doesn’t do that with any other app when I exit out of it. Only this app. Please fix. Other than that great app. My favorite thing has got to be the interactive stories and the fact that there’s games, you can play as you’re reading the story I really love that format. It kind of reminds me of the leapfrog and VTEC warning systems that you can play games on while you’re reading the story. And the games are sometimes embedded in the story on some systems. Awesome format, other than the issues I’ve mentioned above.Show lessmystic 626
