Pointless

It tells me to add my home address (?!?) and then when I put a full address it doesn’t matter, it says (check the address) CHECK for what??? I put a standard address in so check for what? Stupid app.

Problem

I have bought a Netherlands number but when someone trying to call me from Netherlands it shows that number is not in services. I have tried to contact the support with email but it shows that the email delivery failed. very bad experience

Bad

This app just charged me and I can’t even select my own Phone number when I already payed for it, really dislikes me because I already lost my money, I don’t recommend.

They take so long to verify your id documents

It takes them more than a week to verify your id that you take a photo of and upload so that even when you’ve purchased the subscription for the number for a week it’s a total waste of money because you can’t even use it, and they refuse to refund or extend it. And even worse if you resubscribe you have to do the whole thing over again your id verification doesn’t save? They try to blame the rules of the country you’re in but that’s rubbish because other apps can do it in real time and it doesn’t take that long I’ve worked in telecomms this app is just a scam

From deployment, to alternate line, this app is great. Caught a deal for one for five dollars unlimited text and call in the continental United Stated (not Alaska and Hawaii).

Rubbish

Suddenly receiving a lot of spam calls after trying to use this app (which is rubbish, anyway). I suspect they have collected and passed on my data. Do not recommend!
