This should not have ads
I already paid for my scooter. I shouldnโt have to wait through 15 seconds of ads every time I want to see the status.
If you want more money, charge more for the scooter and leave ads where they belong.

2 ads every time you open app
Every time you open the app to access a function you have to wait for the timer to end and then close 2 ads. Additionally, when you lock the scooter and come back to it you have to close the app and open again to reconnect. So 2 ads to lock your scooter and 2 ads to unlock it. Itโs crazy to pay 3000 dollars for a scooter just to have them force you to watch ads.

Why is so much of this app in Chinese? Shouldnโt have to use translation for this app.
Last update made it worse
At the beginning, App just worked perfectly for me. After the update this week, everything has changed, can not connect with my scooter anymore. Please fix that asap
App updated six days ago and now I can't use my scooters
App updated and couldn't login, finally figured out how to access my second scooter on the one app but it won't connect. So can't use my scooters!!!!!! So frustrating team InMotion. QR code for 'vice owner' also not working.
Why Ads?
I mean why put ads in this app? If we are already using this app we are already customers. Iโm using this app to either check battery level, read my mileage or check if there are diagnostic messages. Instead of letting me see what I need to see, I have to look at ads first. Why? Itโs a waste of time and dumb.

Canโt even verify account
Iโm sure the app would be great if I could get my account verified, Iโve tried for days and days to get the verification email so my account isnโt restricted but still to no luck. Being ghosted by the built in online support for some reason and the support email address also does not seem to be responsive. You think considering the price we pay for the devices that the app you need to make the device work would be intuitive and in working order. I already heard about this issue before I bought but assumed it was a small % but I seem to be wrong. Very disappointing and may have to return device if this issue cannot be resolved promptly.

Close to useless
Every time I want to lock/unlock my scooter, I have to dismiss not one but two advertisements. One of the ads takes forever to load, causing me to accidentally tap on it when I go to lock/unlock my scooter. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the fact the InMotion app cannot be used to reliable lock/unlock my scooter. Each time I use the InMotion app, I have to force quit the app. If I donโt, the next time I try to use the app to lock/unlock my scooter it will fail continuously. When connected to my scooter, the app shows an odometer reading that differs from the odometer on the screen of the scooter. The InMotion RS scooter is a poorly made pile of junk and the InMotion app is no better. I hate how difficult it is to lock/unlock my shoddy scooter. Iโm done with InMotion.
