Worked for a couple of days
It worked for a while but now I can’t login and it does nothing when hitting reset password. Deleted and reinstalled and setup but same issue. Iphone SE.
Won’t load
I keep trying today to get the phone app to work. I went on their website to try it too but the website wouldn’t let me even try to log in. And then I tried their chat function but nobody responded after an hour. Oh well.
Love it gives us everything we need
My students can easily access everything they need about our classes, products and easy to register for events and see our student curriculum.
Way too difficult to navigate
Needs to be much easier way to select between family members. Way too many clicks just to select someone else. There should also be a calendar view that shows all members attendance records for the month on the screen. Would be much simpler for the user.

Poorly Designed
The layout, graphics and 1 minute wait for the program to unfreeze while waiting for messages to load has not changed in years, really wish our Gym would switch apps :(
Keeps saying sign in to location
Can’t check in the classes because it keeps saying sign into location.
Stopped working with iOS 16.3
Worked good enough before. Since I updated to iOS 16.3, it’s will schedule classes, but I can’t see them when I go to “My Class Schedule.” Works on my other phone which is still on 16.2.
Too many bugs
Our gym is constantly having issues with this app. Every time I try and check in to class it tell me you can’t check in until 30 minutes of class. But even when you in the class window it still gives you the same message.
Handy app but the updates are too frequent
This app has been very helpful, but it feels like every time I go to use it, it requires an update. It’s great that they wish to improve it, but very frustrating to have it happen so frequently.
