Difficult to use
Needs to list classes you have signed up for in chronological order.... very confusing. Also it’s hard to fill out the covid waiver properly because you can’t scroll up and down on the form...

When giving feedback to my club from the spark member app I selected ‘anonymous’.
Of course this app defines that as ‘we will give your details to the business anyway’.
Given they can’t be trusted with such basics, it would seem foolish to also trust them with credit card and payment details.

Can't even log in
Can't log in on an older version of iOS (10.2.1) even though comparability states 10.0 or later. It doesn't even give the opportunity to log in.
Instructions state to use the "forgot password" link if you already have an account. Can NOT find that link using the older version of iOS or even on the latest version of iOS using an iPad. Hope they fix this as it appears to have potential.

Greatest app of all time
I love how I can practice the forms that I haven’t learned. I’m also updated on the monthly calendar’s. Everyone should buy it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :]
Too many kinks
I can’t view my member photo. I get a message notification but can’t review it in the message tab. Unable to find the payment update info. 🤬
