  • Terrible app, support and product

    We bought the canvia as it seemed like a product and to encourage businesses like this. The device worked well for sometime and of course its display and quality are great. However, the app seemed extremely rudimentary and surprising for a tech company. We still worked with it and the device was fine until it decided to just go blank. Have tried all the support tips to reset and try everything to set this right. Reached out to the company support and didn’t really get much. This app doesn’t make anything easy. And it has not had updates for years which is shocking. The device is a disappointment and this app is worse.

  • OPEN SOURCE THE CODE OR SUPPORT YOUR CUSTOMERS

    Clearly UAT was not done for this software, after YEARS no more support or updates when you know it’s a terrible user experience, before you turn the API/website off open source the code at the VERY least AND LET SOMEONE ELSE TAKEOVER so this wasn’t a total waste of money for your customers. What an insult, delivered bare minimum ‘viable’ product and never updated.

  • Good god, why is this app so bad

    This is probably one of the worst apps for a physical device i’ve ever has the displeasure of using.
