I’ve never written a review before, but this app deserves it.

Spot problems and help fix 'em—easy! They actually explain tests better than my doctor does. Plus, you can set up profiles for everyone—yourself, your partner, the kids, whoever. You’ll always find answers, even for stuff that doesn’t hurt (yet).

Total Scam

This is NOT a weight loss app. It is a medical data storage app. Total bait and switch marketing. They have you fill out tons of information then want even more medical data uploaded before they can make any recommendations. Measures are in metrics, which isn’t super helpful in the United States. Read all the fine print, they will make you jump through all kinds of hoops to cancel despite their claims of a 14 day guarantee. Keep trying to do everything they can to not give a refund. Do not recommend at all.

DO NOT BUY! Waste of time and money…

The app is absolutely useless! It was not helpful to me at all, and was not what I was looking for… I cancelled and requested a refund… Even though they say they refund as long as you cancel within 14 days… they said because I did not “use the app for 7days” I did not qualify for a refund… when I did in fetuses the app, but decided not was not what I was looking for. How am I going to continue to use an app that provides me with nothing?… I DO NOT recommend this app! Waste of time and money… which you will get neither back!

Ok for tracking data but Medical Reports are trash

Useful for tracking health data. Do not waste your money on the Medical Concierge Report. It was generic rubbish.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you didn’t find the medical concierge report helpful. The report is based on the data you provide—so the more health data (lab results, survey answers, etc.) you share over time, the more personalized and complete the report becomes. Additionally, medical consultant reviews the data and provides general recommendations based on it.

I’ve been using it for a few months.

There are both pros and cons, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons. If you need to go through lots of check-ups and have a ton of medical paperwork, you can't find anything better. Sometimes I find bugs, but nothing’s perfect. The support team is great.

Easy to use

It gets better with each update. I've noticed that if there's a bug, just updating usually fixes it. Syncing with other devices isn't great yet, but I hope they'll sort that out too. Anyway, if you need to keep an eye on your tests regularly, there's really no better option.

A health-focused approach to weight loss.

I’ve tried lots of ways to lose weight, but they were all about food. No diet ever mentions that your issues might not be about what you eat but how your body works. Here, the weight loss program starts with tests. I did the recommended checkup and realized I could starve myself and still stay fat. Now, I’m losing weight slowly but steadily, and I’m feeling better.

Can’t move past screen AFTER subscribing

I’ve gone through the setup process, answered all the questions, SUBSCRIBED, and the next screen is the “set up your account” screen where you Sign in with Apple or Google or Email.

It’s locked there. Way to take my money and THEN force me to uninstall and answer all those questions AGAIN. Nope. Canceling.

If you can’t even get your onboarding and setup flow working, how can I trust your devs can actually make an app that works? Set flows are the most established workflows out there.

The best health app I've used!

A year ago, I started noticing unpleasant symptoms and didn't understood what was happening to me, which made me anxious. I saw an ad for the Ornament app, downloaded the trial version, and uploaded my latest test results. The app suggested I check my liver more thorough, and it turned out to be right. I was diagnosed with a chronic liver disease that I wasn't aware. Now, I have to get frequent tests to monitor it, and I store all of them here, of course. It's convenient, and I don't miss nothing.

Easy to use and very helpful. I can track everything without any hassle. The ability to store all my medical information in one place is fantastic. And getting interpretations of any labs without having to Google them is super convenient.
