Can’t believe they use this
This app works about -80% of the time. I understand caregivers, providers etc have to use this now to verify work but why can’t they compromise to update with the latest software and ease of access for us. It is very tedious and annoying to have to call and fix everything the app did not properly sync on top of the app crashing randomly.

Freezes
I’ve had this app for work close to 2 years and I’ve had trouble from day one and now the latest is I can’t log in , app frozen and I’ve rebooted several times and still nothing, something has to be done.
Does not connect
I have been using this app for 3 years.. today I have screen of death.. unable to connect to Siri

Terrible, just terrible
I have no idea what is going on with this app, but the schedules are all wrong on here. The ones I input on chc don’t show up at all; and some random ones with one client, instead of 3, are scheduled with the most weirdest times listed. This app deserves zero stars.

Clock Out Issues
Upon obtaining my clients signatures and trying to clock out, Matrix will first claim to have successfully synchronized but sometimes later refreshing the page will show it did not synchronized at all but instead come up as no signature obtain, no tasks done, and still on the clock. Matrix has a problem with clocking out which has constantly created issues with my experience.

Worthless
Freezes after clicking “sign in”, even after uninstalling and then reinstalling. Plus can’t find it in settings on my Apple iPhone. ???

Schedule updates
My supervisor tells me she updated schedule, I refresh, close app, refresh all to no update. It’s frustrating not to be able to rely on my schedule in matrix
