Its an amazing software, just what a CRM needs, I just wish it was able to generate a PDF of a proposal/estimate from one or a combination of the products I created.

I started using this app a month ago and I loooove it. It deifinitely user friendly for small entrpreneurs in any area. I'm a small commercial real estate investor and this has been great for me and my company. The Zoho CRM is good but can be alot if you have a small business. I love the fact that I can integrate with other Zoho apps. Worth the time and money.
