I wish I could give this app zero stars! To get 1 star it needs a lot of improvements

This app is crap. I’ve been a member of this gym for almost 5 yrs & every time I try to reserve a class it tells me I’m not signed in. Really? Have heard that many of my classmates have had trouble too.
App Needs Improvement
I love the gym but this app is not great. It would be better if we could do digital check in from our phone. It would also be great if it would stay not only logged in, but allow us to choose the favorite gym and it stays there unless we choose otherwise. It has something where one minute I can see classes I have reserved and then the next minute, “shows you have no classes reserved”; even though they are reserved. The reward system is not reasonable, who is going to get rewards the way it is set up.

Needs Digital Membership Code
App is aesthetically nice, but why can you integrate the membership barcode ... like every other gym?
Where did the calendar view go
Not only are you unable to view the class schedule In calendar view anymore, the way to reserve a class takes a computer programming degree to learn! Update your archaic app!
Better
It’s certainly an upgrade from the last app in functionality and design. However, the rewards system is going to take forever to accumulate even if you go to the gym daily. The challenges still do not seem to work and I have never been able to “check in” at LVAC other than recording a workout. Still needs some improvements but I’m patient! Hopefully this feedback helps!

The challenges have been functional since January 2020 and it looks like they can be used to help gain more points. However, it still looks like the points will take forever to add up. Still not clear how to “check in” at LVAC to earn points either. So far, so good. I’m sure the improvements will keep rolling out over time!

Needs some work.
Love this gym but I don’t LOVE this app. It’d be nice to be able to see your check-ins from the app. Challenges don’t pop up, instead shows “no data”. I enjoy the rewards, but without being able to see check-ins and challenges, some of the rewards are far fetched. I’m looking forward to seeing how the app progresses.
