  • No ability to export??

The design is beautiful, the data pulled out of receipts is amazing. But there’s no ability to export! I’m probably the only person using this for my solo small business but the ability to export the data into excel would make this unstoppable.
  • Very useful and handy!

This app is great for folks that likes to keep track of their receipts. Easy as 1-2-3 and no typing needed, although you can edit the receipts and add notes. I gave it a 4 because there are room for improvements. I would love to see this app generate a report of all or selectable receipts and totaling the amount.
  • ???

New to app so rating is not based on my experience . . . wanted to know if it is possible to permanently delete a receipt?
  • Tips

App has trouble recognizing tips for meals. Need the ability to add this to the total. Could be user error. Otherwise I like the app.

    Developer Response

Thanks for your feedback! Actually, you CAN edit the Tip for any receipt in which it isn't already recognized. All you have to do is select a receipt, then tap the "View" button to access additional receipt details. Once there, tap the Edit button, which lets you customize the Tip, Tax, Subtotal, Total, and even the Date as necessary.
  • Why phone number?

Why would you need my phone number?
    Is email login not enough?

    Developer Response

Thanks for your feedback. Early in our beta testing period, we surveyed users and found that phone number was the #1 requested model for app authentication, so we prioritized the phone number. That said, we have also planned and will be adding email as an additional login method in an upcoming release. Thanks again for your feedback.
  • GAME CHANGER! ❤️

Please Note: this app is 5 STARS - my rating is only a temporary attempt to get the developers attention about a possible bug - I’m unable to change any item descriptions if it gets something wrong, and so far no emails are getting picked up from my email?

I can’t remember the last time that I was genuinely shocked by an app. Not joking, I’ve been looking for an app that does this for over a year - and I happened to stumble on it while checking out Neat. Thank god

    Keep it up!

    Developer Response

Thanks for your feedback... A couple of points here. 1. We've added the ability to edit receipts, including the descriptions. Please make sure you're using the latest version and you'll find "Edit Receipt" in the upper right menu of a receipt. This will let you edit Prices as well as Descriptions. 2. We don't automatically track your email, but you can easily send digital receipts into the app in a method you're probably already familiar with. To make it happen, just navigate to your "Account Info" and register your email addresses. After which, you can forward digital receipts to receipts@ihrgo.com and those receipts will flow into the App. Thanks again!
  • Minor problem with the app - dead links

Hello. There is one minor problem with the IHateReceipts app. On the settings page there is a “Guide to IHR” link and a “FAQs” link.

Neither of these links work for me - nothing happens when I press them. I suppose this could be because I am not in North America. However, I downloaded the app from the US App Store and would expect these links to work. Please fix if possible.

    Developer Response

Thanks for trying IHR. The missing pages were a temporary network issue. The links should now work again.
  • First scan went great.

Works well, it’s easy and I can see this being so helpful to get a hold on all that PAPER you get with purchases now. Look forward to continuing to use this app. Great job.
  • I love IHR!

Life is so busy and I really needed to find a way to keep tabs on my expenditures. IHR is extremely easy to use and has been so helpful! I love it!
  • Thankful for this app

So many good things. The ability to control your data, the elimination of paper receipts, and great design and overall functionality of this app. I highly recommend IHR!
