Really buggy app
Basically never works and usually crashes when you’re trying to book into a class. No telling whether it will even allow you to log on.

The app has never worked, you cannot log in. Waste of time even trying - better going straight to the website. Surely an app could be developed to allow users to log in and book things.
Does not work
Hasn’t worked in years. I just can’t log in and make a booking. I’ve no issues using a browser.
Even worse than the old app
Wish they would sit down with members and discuss this. I came from DW and their app was very similar but it worked. Please try and get this right.

Swimming
How do you know what swim session you have booked for? It just gives you an option for the whole day then notes 6.15, how do you know if the session you want is not going to be overcrowded ?

This had always been snd still is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Given you can’t phone into the Sixmile Leisure Centre at the minute it really shouldn’t be so unreliable.
