Truly awful app
I’ve spent ages logging in and out, deleting and reinstalling the App but no joy. Really dreadful app for booking leisure activities - you have no hope at the minute of booking anything

Try writing a letter
This app is useless. You cannot log in. You cannot book anything on the Leisure Centre bit. Seriously, it would be easier to write a letter to book anything. Antrim and Newtownabbey, scrap this app and give us something that actually works
Hit or miss
It’s so unreliable, never know whether or not you’ll be allowed to log in or not. Very frustrating when to access anything now it’s to be booked online so a modern and reliable app would help
Not fit for purpose
Absolute waste of time trying to during the pandemic trying to renew dog licenses. Wouldn’t link to renewal and kept having to input details manually. Very poor value for money for the tax payer and where was the product testing before this came into service.
A five year old could build a better app
Terrible app, most of the time doesn’t work properly. What’s the point in developing an app when all it does is link you to web pages in a browser? The gym booking doesn’t appear most of the time. Just an awful UX. PLEASE FIX!

Won’t allow me to login on the app but will allow me to log in on the website???

Cant login to my app on my new account, it says information is invalid!! How am i supposed to login and use my membership card if i can’t login! FIX THAT BUG PLEASE

The booking system for leisure centre ( Antrim Forum) appears to be laggy and buggy.
Utter rubbish not fit for purpose
Very disappointing, not fit for purpose and very frustrating to use. Continually doesn’t recognize passwords...if more than £20 of tax payers funds were used devolving this its a scandal. Pick up the phone and book classes rather than wasting your time with is rubbish
