POOR POOR POOR customer service
MUSTAFA AND MARK. I have ordered my device 48 hours before the delivery while I was out of the country and the moment I landed I requested them to please have it delivered because the following day we are not home and the devices for my 11yrs old son
I DID PLACE 2 CALLS.
I wanted to pay for urgent delivery, but System didn’t give me an option so this is extremely disappointed to know that they do not care about customers and their requirements
I DID TELL MARK AND MUSTAFA THE SAME AND I OFFERED THEM IF I CAN PAY FOR AN URGENT DELIVERY

I don’t recommend Cartlow because the order take like forever to reach and the attitude or the currier is so bad and unprofessional and even when you call Cartlow they will never answer no matter how many times you call.
My advice to not waste your time and money.So bad not recommended
From 5 day delivery to 10 and no one contact u its just bad not recommended also i cancel the order in final stageAmazing app

They charge for delivery fees and the shipment took to match time to be delivered. The prices little bit higher than noon and Amazon. Also the app not updated or working properly.
