Easy to use
I’ve traveled all over US, Nepal, Africa, etc. and have seen first hand the need for cross boarder payments, and more importantly, financial scaling for the unbanked.
In a bear market this project has continued to - open new offices in different countries, hire more employee, release multiple functional layers (to include a mobile app) and created partnerships in both government and private sector.

Telcoin block my account and my token in app I can’t withdrawl
I have two different phone numbers and I opened my Telcoin account with min first number then I deposited telcoin tokens from one of my metamask wallets. Then I decided to open a second account with my second number and that's when Telcoin became one of my worst nightmares, they refused verification of my second account and also restricted my first account and I no longer have access to my tokens deposited on the first account.
I launched appeals with the support to solve the problem and I never got an answer on the contrary what I won was a banishment from their discord and my tokens which are still blocked with them I can't no withdrawalShow lessTELx_Hub

I’d like to first say this is probably one of the cleanest looking apps as well as the website. My main reason this app is getting my review is because I had issues doing a token swap between two assets for several days on multiple Dexs. I was able to move my asset over to Telcoin and execute my swap. I was so freaking ecstatic. After doing further research and analyzing it’s niche market. This project has huge upside potential. Fast, Easy - DeFi
Great app. Direct deposit from US bank to USDC with no fees, and from there gas fees are under 2% on average.

The Telcoin app has a clean look. I was able to deposit USDC into app & purchase $TEL. Withdraws to Metamask are seamless. Only drawback is Telcoin doesn’t offer my bank but, I’m sure things will change.RedShark1*
Terrible Customer Service - funds Taken
With the most recent updates, you can tell it works so much more smoothly. Excellent customer service as of late as well. Transfer, trade, and with drawling are cheap and very easy. The new app look is fantastic!CND1117

Deposits Take Too Long
There should be a quicker deposit method if you want to buy any crypto on the app. By the time the deposit clears the price of crypto can be much higher than the price when the deposit was initiated. There should be an instant purchase and then have those tokens frozen until the deposit clears. Much like Coinbase. Why not make TEL easier to buy? Might as well use another exchange and transfer to Kucoin. Still waiting for my deposit to show up even though it has been withdrawn from my bank account. Will be withdrawing back to bank as soon as it deposits due to the lag. And will probably have to pay a fee for that since it deposits as USDC.Show lessStex User
Needs work
I don’t have confidence in this app. It’s glitchy and when dealing with money transfers, I don’t enjoy the multiple error messages for no apparent reason. I suggest the developers make fixing every glitch in this app a priority, otherwise the whole Tel ecosystem will be considered a joke.Fty23456.sd!
