Deposits Take Too Long
There should be a quicker deposit method if you want to buy any crypto on the app. By the time the deposit clears the price of crypto can be much higher than the price when the deposit was initiated. There should be an instant purchase and then have those tokens frozen until the deposit clears. Much like Coinbase. Why not make TEL easier to buy? Might as well use another exchange and transfer to Kucoin. Still waiting for my deposit to show up even though it has been withdrawn from my bank account. Will be withdrawing back to bank as soon as it deposits due to the lag. And will probably have to pay a fee for that since it deposits as USDC.Show lessStex User

Needs work
I don’t have confidence in this app. It’s glitchy and when dealing with money transfers, I don’t enjoy the multiple error messages for no apparent reason. I suggest the developers make fixing every glitch in this app a priority, otherwise the whole Tel ecosystem will be considered a joke.Fty23456.sd!

Easy app to store and swap tokens. Fast and very cheap money transfers. I did put 4 stars and not 5 because I had some technical problems (log in) that got resolved by the company in a few days. The app is not supposed to have these issues, but I guess it’s because it’s in the early development phase. Good costumer service that provided a response in short time for my issue.Show lessGAK97
