Never wants to load. When opening the app it shows the logo but then sits on a white screen and that’s it. Annoying when I need to make a purchase

Missing points
The app works great. The issue I have is missing points. “Meet or exceed 8.5% rewards Apps/Trans to earn 10,” has been issuing 5 instead of the 10 points. Please address it and issue the missing points, thanks.

Great app! Just a few fixes though.
This is a great app for AE associates to earn rewards and recognition for being a great associate. One fix though, the “Real Recognition” tab needs to be scrollable so you can see all the times you have received points and for what reasons. Also, redeeming discounts can be a little buggy sometimes and can be made more smooth. Otherwise, the app works great and does everything you need it to!

Looks great, but difficult to use
The layout and format of this app is great. However the barcodes rarely scan, the app takes FOREVER to load (and quite often just doesn’t load), the barcodes struggle to generate. Not only this but it took us forever to find the barcode when a BA traded in points for free merchandise. Apps are nice but honestly this one makes me long for the days when we used paper discounts.
