I love this app!!!
Totally easy to use, sometimes runs slow but for the most part I love being able to access my discounts and view my rewards from my phone! So much better than having to old onto a physical discount card.

This has been a great tool as a leader to be able to recognize my ream in the moment and to have great contests. The app has evolved over the past 6 months and has been a life changer with recognition. It is easy to navigate and has great rewards to choose from. 👖👖👖
Love the incentives
As a field leader I find the platform to be user friendly, intuitive and just a lot of fun. I love being able to award points easily to team members and badges as well!! I am able to easily use the generated barcodes for seasonal discounts. No one else in the industry is able to incentivize so seamlessly!!! Great job:)

Super happy to see all the amazing changes that went through! The lower point cost is so cool. I got THREE free items this month redeeming points! Makes it so much easier to represent the brand at work. Never change!

Terrible app for iPhones! Removed the app due to it never opening, now I’m unable to download. So annoyed at this point! What a waste AE!
Real talk
Does anyone even work at the support center? Honest to god. How about you get a functional “forgot password” instead of having to email the support center that never responds.
This is a JOKE
This app was basically just thrown out there for no apparent reason beside corporate thinking it would encourage employees. At my store if you ain’t on register you ain’t getting points. The managers literally give them out randomly like I was never even told how to “earn” points, but whatever.
Not worth it.
Takes too long to get points (especially if you’re not a top store AND don’t have Aerie). The “prizes” such a dress your LOD and instagram takeover are a joke. Nobody wants to do either of those things...especially when we make $7.75 in MS as a part time employee. Waste of points. The actual clothing items are way too high in proportion to hours we are given. The managers don’t even know how to use the app or give points out, even though it comes with a manual. While I’m here, Kronos makes you log in about a dozen times to check your schedule.
