Not usable internationally
This program will not work internationally while traveling, regardless of whether or not you use a VPN. I believe this is something that Zander should take care of, but when I called tech-support and customer service. Their response to the problem was . no problem. You can just make an international call to find out what’s going on with your ID . I do not believe that that is the correct response rather, it would be better if they worked on the program so that everyone could use it regardless of their travels .

Freezes
As others have pointed out, the app freezes after you go through all the steps to login. Very frustrating!
No messages suddenly 23
Received 2 critical messages & read .. have 23 more not critical that when read I can’t clear .. APP needs updating or something for the seriousness I have this for & should work flawlessly & easier than this for what we pay for
App Freezes upon log in
I just updated the app and after I sign in the page freezes and there is no info on the opening page. You can not close it even after the iPad is turned off and back on again. It only says it’s still logged in even though the page is frozen. This update still needs more work.

We’ve had this service for several years, as a duplicate service.
After paying again today for the elite membership, I walked my spouse through what to do if we have a wallet, card or passport lost. After spending 15 minutes logging in, both on the web and using the App, then calling the “lost wallet” number we were not able to reach a person. So very frustrating as I cannot imagine that if we actually had an issue we would be so calm and have time to wait, now at 20 minutes we just hung up and called the credit cards directly…not sure exactly what we are spending our money on. My spouse looked at me like Ramsey looks when people do stupid things with their money…

The application is so bad, slow and unreliable. Incredible that an app can be this bad.

Recent updates work great!
This app is a much better experience than a couple years ago. It’s more stable now. It’s not the most sophisticated in terms of look and feel but it’s pretty intuitive. Since I’m not on here daily it’s not a big deal. The main thing I don’t like is that it’s easier to go to the website to update my profile. I’d prefer that pet be easier to do without leaving the app.
Updated note: Zander should push the updated version to users. For some reason the most recent one didn’t come thru automatically. I only discovered it when I was reviewing my acct.

Horrible
Ramsey is wrong about using this. The app is horrible which doesn’t leave much confidence for online theft protection.
Terrible app, ok service
The iOS app is terrible. It hardly ever works, and when it does it is slow, filled with bugs, and makes you log in over and over as you go to various pages.
