I got this because Dave Ramsey suggested it. Regretting it. Probably switching to LifeLock for a better UX. This app (and service) is very basic and the app takes FOREVER to load anything from their server. Extremely frustrating.Cocchini_Corp
Less useful than the website
Just use the website. The app Doesn’t offer much.
There’s not even a place to report identity theft. It just shows you the phone number to call after some digging.

Can’t get Face ID to work after initial setup
When I set up the app I selected to use Face ID. But when I go to get back on the app it never uses the Face ID. So I have to put in my user name and password. The rest of the app is a nice way to check you account.Canman44
