App sends me alerts but never shows in app so i have to log into website. No credit lock on app either. Can’t do anything on app it’s just there taking up space

Shows me all my alerts and shows notifications when necessary. Not sure why it’s rated so low.
The Worst Program ever
I enrolled in this program with a credit card because it was recommended by Dave Ramsey. But my maximum limit was close so I decided to cancel until I pay down my balance. These people never gave me my money back and only had it for an hour. Please don’t spend your money with this company. They are criminals. They take and keep money from people who don’t have even though services aren’t rendered. Please don’t waste your time nor invest with them.

Horrible App
This app is horrendous - never loads. Looks like it’s been a problem for a while, but no fix yet. I hope their service is better than this crappy app or will switch to another service that works.
Login problems
Every time I open this app, it gives me problems with the login.
Functional app but could be better
The user experience could be improved. I wish this app gave me a identity health status. I have also noticed that even though I have enabled the Face ID function, I can’t login with Face ID.
App won’t load on an iPhone
Giving one star because now every time I try and use the app on my iPhone the app crashes. Please fix.

App Failure
The app has not successfully loaded once since I updated to iOS 14. Interface is extremely basic and feels like something that was just quickly built so that the Zander can claim to have an app. Not intuitive in the least.
Logon does not work
I’ve never been able to login. Same credentials work on the website fine. App does not work.
