App and website didn’t allow me to pay and didn’t process autopay on selected date.
*Update: fyi if customer has an agency change, policy must be deleted off the account and then added back to pick up new agency and allow payment function, even if policy number hasn’t changed. This is not done automatically and that’s why I was unable to make payment.Developer Response

For a company that is critical to have access to, this is the wise possible app. It has not worked properly for months and months. I am unable to check my accounts when I need to. The app loads and loads until it finally gives up. I’m about to change to a new insurance company I have access to.Developer Response
