I love South State Bank and it’s employees in Trinity Florida, but the app is very difficult to use compared to many others I have used. You should consider having a menu bar where you could add your frequent access points without wading through two or three other steps to get there. For instance, bill pay is quite tedious; for instance, one should be able to go into bill, pay to pay a bill or manage bill payees; or view bill activity, where you would see scheduled, on its way, completed easily denoted. Also, if I have set up one bill to pay immediately, but want to set up automatic bill pay in the future, it is very difficult to see the one to pay immediately, causing me to have to delete everything and start over. Someone should take a look at the Chase Bank. And it’s he’s in navigating through bill pay and other items. Thank you for listening
