Mobile deposit continues to fail
The chat is worthless; they hang up on you as soon as they know they can’t help. Calling 1-800 ends with “You’ll have to go to your bank in person”.
It took several calls to get someone to even believe my mobile deposit failed saying “I don’t even see where you’ve deposited a check”. I said that’s because I can’t deposit a check, and they couldn’t see where a failed deposit transaction occurred.
Finally after many calls, “There’s nothing we can do, you have to come in to the bank”
You advertise this service, yet the service does not work. You cannot or do not care to fix it. That’s not good business.
