*Update: fyi if customer has an agency change, policy must be deleted off the account and then added back to pick up new agency and allow payment function, even if policy number hasn’t changed. This is not done automatically and that’s why I was unable to make payment.

Thank you.For a company that is critical to have access to, this is the wise possible app. It has not worked properly for months and months. I am unable to check my accounts when I need to. The app loads and loads until it finally gives up. I’m about to change to a new insurance company I have access to.

Thank you.This app literally never opens up but just keeps spinning. I use Touch ID for logging in and always sign out when I am done. It always says OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG and to refresh the app. It doesn’t say how to refresh the app. I usually have to shut my iPhone off and back on. It may take several times of doing this until it finally decides to open up. I would hate to have this happen if I was pulled over or in an accident and needed to show proof of insurance.

I’ve entered the vin number I don’t know how many time and it doesn’t recognize it. And it’s the correct one. Once I put the information in and it take me to blank screen and I can’t do anything with it.

I downloaded this app to get better coverage on my car insurance, but in setting it up, when it got to the password section, I filled it out following all the criteria that they required, and it still said I didn't follow the rules. This needs to be fixed.
Cant pay bill or look at coverages on mobile app and online. Can’t even login to the app. Try logging in on web and it just sends you to a error code screen. Unusable
I have my home owners insurance, boat and car all with one entity. How come Home-Owners is not linked with this app?
I’m sorry but not everyone can afford a new phone with an updated IOS, Thanks for taking away my ability to check and pay my insurance. This is why Apple will eventually go under!
