Hate the new update
So I used to love the app, it was easy to manage and it showed my current balance reflecting all payments, or debit card usage directly from the amount (even when it’s pending). Now the app is old school, I actually had to balance my account today because payments being made, or debit card usage no longer comes out of the account immediately, instead it’s pending, and doesn’t show the pending amount reflecting from the actual balance in the account. Also there used to be history, summary and pending at the top (it still shows on the pics for the new version), but I don’t have that at all it’s just summary and activity. Totally frustrating!! If I wanted to balance a check book I’d do that, but nope I had the app to simplify things, and now I’m having to go through see what’s pending because the amounts not reflecting in my account until the “pending” debits or payments clear. Please fix this, I’m sure I’m not the only one absolutely hating it, until then the app gets 1 star.Show lessTHE Worst
Probably one of the worst banking apps out there. There is always something not working properly in the app. For instance….quick balance was down for a week (see other reviews) and instead of fixing it, they tell people to call, sit on hold and waste time to report the issue. The issue had been reported. Another fun item….while you’re out trying to have a good time on a Saturday nights, Huntington shuts down access to your online banking from 11pm to 6am. Essentially causing people to overdraft possibly because they can’t check their bank balances easily. This bank will give you the runaround about everything. Just try to do a search for this banks ATM withdrawal limits….bet you can’t find an official answer from Huntington. Even the automated chat will give you the runaround. Yes, Huntington is convenient because they are everywhere locally, but don’t expect anyone to go above and beyond for you here. You are just a number. This frankly is the first review I’ve ever written….says a lot I usually don’t have the time to write these. I have been trying for days now to use the mobile check deposit feature through the app to work and it’s been stuck on a constant loading screen. I’ve tried logging out/in multiple times, I’ve closed out of the app and restarted. Nothing seems to work. To further the frustration with Huntington’s inability to create software that works, I haven’t been able to transfer funds between my INTERNAL accounts for months and keep getting an error message stating that “oops! Something went wrong!” And it kicks me out of the app….I have no words. It’s 2024 and nobody seems to be able to figure out why. I’m almost to the point of switching all my accounts and changing banks! I can’t move my own money! Not sure if anyone else is experiencing the same issues as me, but any tips or pointers would be greatly appreciated.Show lessDeveloper Response
