Desktop
Quite a few functions will require a desktop. Also they hold onto your HSA contributions twice as long as Wageworks (doesn’t sound possible does it??) and is inconsistent with depositing those in any form of timely fashion. Also, they do not allow any purchases from Costco pharmacy that aren’t ointment. Talked to the customer service while holding up the line, not only did she have no information that was helpful, she just kept saying she could send me a link for a webinar so I can learn how to do the reimbursement over and over. If you RELY on your HSA money, Health Equity does not give a William Shatner that you do. They may even suggest you borrow money to pay for it then get a reimbursement. So, just be aware… if you want to be able to rely on an HSA provider, you’ll have to get a new job, cause they got me by the pouch, and they have long and sharp nails and zero empathy.
