Worst FSA servicer known to man
The app works fine. WEX, however, is trash. Every claim is a headache. Their claims reviewers will make you submit receipts and letters of medical necessity multiple times because they don’t read the forms you submit. The customer service reps are completely useless and apparently there are no managers or supervisors that you can speak to in order to make a complaint. There is no one you can talk to who has any power to fix anything and you are unable to speak to the claims department. Just the brainless people who answer the phones and don’t understand what the forms say. They say the claim will be reviewed in 2-3 business days and you never hear back from them again unless you submit another receipt on the app or website. Oh, and you can only do that 4 times until it stops you from submitting any further receipts- even if they are requiring another receipt. It’s infuriating.
