- General quality of life improvements and minor fixes to enhance the user experience
I’ve been a transamerica customer for over 20 years via my work 403b. As a company they’ve always had great people who have helped me a lot. Also there have been decent funds to pick from, but that is mostly my employers responsibility. However, the app stinks. It’s incredibly limited in scope, the display is locked to an iPhone format, and it’s always broken by which they send messages that it’s “unavailable”. The website is much better, almost on par with Vanguard and Schwab. But even that is still not fantastic.
