Our financial advisor , Robert Richardson in the Manlius New York office at Edward Jones is such a professional . He is incredibly attentive, detailed and explains thing extremely well . We have worked with a number of advisors over the years and it is difficult to find these qualities plus his ability to listen and have genuine concern and compassion. His knowledge, educational background and experience in financial planning have proven invaluable to my wife and I . He’s a straight shooter that has really helped us build our plan successfully! He was extremely helpful to my parents when they were still with us so we decided to make a change based on his great guidance and help to them over the years. I would encourage anyone looking for financial planning guidance to contact Rob and get to know him.

Just started using
I just downloaded the app yesterday, I may add more stars later. It will depend on communication with my branch, but so far I like to open my phone and be able to follow up on all of my accounts. I’m hoping sending payments will also be an ease moving forward, hoping I can do all of this from the privacy of my home, and not having to get out and about when I have so much going on. I’m sure this will save time and be highly manageable in the future!

I came from Charles Schwab to Edward Jones, and all good so far.
EXCEPT….. Charles Schwab investment tracking tools are superior. For example, at Charles Schwab I could CONSTANTLY see real time gains and losses, marked in red or green, over multiple periods of time - with no special settings or adjustments to the tracking features - just log in and I see it all.
The Edward Jones investment tracking features leave a lot of room for improvement. If my description is not clear, see the Charles Schwab website or app. for more details.
Other than that, great personal attention with this firm, and much appreciated!
